Returns

We accept returns on both defective and non-defective items.

A valid receipt is required for all returns.

Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

Certain items, such as perishable goods, custom orders, and clearance items, are non-returnable.
Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.
Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for the same product.

Exchanges are also available for non-defective items.
Exceptions

Some items may be eligible for store credit instead of a refund.

Gift cards and promotional items are non-refundable.
How to Initiate a Return

Visit our store with your item and receipt, or contact our customer service team at 603-938-2497.

If shipping a return, please package the item securely and send it to: 2600 New Hampshire Rte 103 Bradford, NH 03221. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error occurred on our part.
Restocking Fee

We do not charge a restocking fee for returns or exchanges.
